Items shipped from China (most of our products)
- Shipping is FREE to Canada and the United States.
- Handling time: 1–2 business days.
- Transit time: up to 15 business days. Please allow up to 17 business days in total from the day you order.
- Every parcel is trackable — you can follow your package the whole way.
- We promise the longer time on purpose: if your parcel arrives earlier, that's a bonus, not a delay.
Items shipped from Canada (car booster seat only)
- Canada: orders under CA$69 — CA$9.99 shipping; orders of CA$69 or more — free shipping.
- United States: orders under CA$99 — CA$19.99 shipping; orders of CA$99 or more — free shipping.
